Tami Lynn Kent

Tami Lynn Kent

Tami Lynn Kent is the founder of Holistic Pelvic Care™, the original method. She is a womyn's health physical therapist and has the gift of sensing and reading energy fields.

Through her work with thousands of womyn's pelvic bowls, combined with her keen awareness of how physical work affects energy, she has created a truly holistic modality. She not only offers womyn real medicine to tend to this sacred space within us, but she also has an amazing capacity to teach and transmit her profound wisdom.

Tami is the author of Wild Feminine: Finding Power, Spirit & Joy in the Female Body, Wild Creative, and Wild Mothering. I recommend all three of these books to any womyn on this journey of healing, self-awareness, and reclaiming connection to our creative feminine selves.

"I think of myself as providing a bridge between the realms of modern medicine and traditional womyn's wisdom so that we can apply this ancient energy to our modern lives. My goal is to teach every womyn how to read the physical and energetic patterns of her pelvic bowl and restore access to the full range of creative resources–this beauty and wildness within."

"Self-care is a revolutionary act. As womyn, it's time we reclaim our health and our bodies. It's time we listen deeply. It's time we become intimate with our own physiology so that we may experience the fullest expression of our vitality. It's time we become embodied and empowered. It's time for radical self care and self love."
